There are so many different apps and websites that children are encouraged to use and it is impossible to keep up with what these sites or apps produce and how safe are they for your children.

National Online Safety have a ‘Guides’ section where you can download advice that cuts out difficult to understand jargon and makes it easy to understand the latest app, fad or guidance for keeping children safe online. Some of their latest guides include ‘Houseparty’ app and ‘Minecraft online’.
These can help to know some of the pitfalls of these apps and how to use them safely with guides including how to set parental settings and what is suitable for what age group.
