Our Music intent..
- To build a music curriculum which strengthens children’s learning, deepens their knowledge and understanding, and develops progressive musical skills
- To promote a love of music and singing across a broadened curriculum, being aware of local opportunities and musicians as well as national and global.
- To provide opportunities for children to listen, appraise, compose, practise and perform a range of musical genres.
- To encourage children to develop their talents for music
The children were excited to get going again with their guitar lessons this week. We are looking forward to a performance in an assembly very soon - maybe Mrs Hickson might be able to join in with her guitar too!

Our school choir singing Christmas songs at the Midland today. A real credit to the school. They raised some more money for the Hannah’s smile foundation too!
