Enhance their natural curiosity by giving them access to a wide variety of information in different contexts through a progressive sequence of work.
Use and understand different computer systems including software and hardware that builds up independent skills through Key Stage 1 and 2.
Think creatively to ask questions and explore how computer systems work and create their own systems and programs with a range of content.
Solve problems in today’s digital world and discuss their learning and thought process to talk about their learning fluently with correct technical vocabulary.
Become confident, familiar and proficient in using a variety of computing equipment both in school and the outside world.
To connect with others safely and respectfully through different hardware, software and media.
Improve their knowledge of other National Curriculum subjects through computing.
