The Tailor of Gloucester
We read the Beatrix Potter book “The Tailor of Gloucester.” We then made our own mice, decorated waistcoats and did our own threading of cotton reels. We talked about how the mice helped the tailor and we learnt some new vocabulary too.
More Christmas Fun
Today we made Christmas puddings using rice krispies and chocolate. We saw how the chocolate melted in the microwave and we could then pour it into the bowls. We had to carefully spoon some rice krispis into our bowls. We then mixed the chocolate and rice krispies....
Christmas Fair
We had fun today at the Christmas fair. We played pin the red nose on Rudolph and chose a stick to see if it had a red dot on (Santa’s stick). We bought cakes from the cake stall and we made decorations.
