We really enjoyed the story ‘Little Red Riding Hood’. We talked about the characters in the story using the masks, story spoons, puppets and character blocks.
Outside we played in Grandma’s cottage in the woods and we hid the wolf in different places and tried to find him. He was behind the log, up the tree, under the bricks. We made dens for the wolf to hid in as well.
We then baked our own cakes following the recipe carefully. We enjoyed eating the cakes for our snack.
We made our own pretend cakes using the playdough and cooking them in the oven.
