“Run, run as fast as you can. You can’t catch me I’m the Gingerbread Man.”
Nursery had lots of gingerbread fun. We built bridges to go over the river with the large bricks. We retold the story using the finger puppets and story masks. We painted Gingerbread men and we made them in the playdough. We counted how many buttons were on the Gingerbread man.
Outside in the mud kitchen we had a bakers and we made cakes, buns and biscuits.
We then made out own Gingerbread men which we had for our snack. They were very tasty.
