Year 6 have been busy this week participating in a Raising Aspirations Programme called Positive Footprints, which helps the children think about their future careers. They really enjoy these sessions and it has really enabled them to think about recognising personal skills and qualities in themselves and others and how they can make job plans for the future. They have also had a virtual tour around the Travel and Tourism department at Lancaster and Morecambe college which gave the children an insight into careers in travel and sustainable tourism.
