We are continuing with our daily loom videos and you can watch all of the videos daily. They will be uploaded to the webpage by 9.30am each day. If you want to watch a video back from last week to help you recap previous learning, click on the links below.
Remember you can call the school office for a paper pack of all the work if you prefer. Complete your work in
the Home Learning book you were given over lockdown.

Learning Activities
Read the PowerPoint and play the Body Trivia Trade game (you will need to print out the cards). Divide the cards between the
number of players. Read out the questions and whoever picks the correct answer keeps the card. The person with most cards
is the winner!
Main task (you could get other family members involved to compare results)
1. Take your resting pulse rate (measure for one minute and note it down).
2. Jog gently to warm up then crouch on the floor and jump up 10 times. Take your pulse rate again and write it down.
3. What do you notice? Does everyone have the same heart rate? What else happens to your bodies during and after
exercise? Can you find an exercise that doesn’t affect your heart rate much?

Breathing Colours
Think of a relaxing colour. It can be any colour you like, as long as it is one that makes you think of relaxation. Now think of a
colour that represents stress. Imagine breathing in the relaxing colour and visualise it filling your lungs. Then imagine breathing
out the stressful colour. See the colour filling up your lungs. Imagine as you breathe out, that your breath is the colour of
stress. See the stress colour mix into the relaxing colour around you. Watch the stress colour slowly disappear. Breathe in your
relaxing colour; breathe out the stress colour. Repeat slowly for five minutes.
