It is a New Year. Can you find a calendar or diary in your house? Can you look on an ipad, phone or laptop. Look at the calendar. It has changed from 2020 to 2021. We have started a New Year. Did you do anything special for New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day? Send it to us at [email protected]
During this week we are revisiting some of our favourite stories from last term. Do you have a favourite story? Can you share the book with an adult? Can you talk about the story? Who are the characters? Can you point to the words in the book?
Our outdoor story is One Snowy Night. Who are the characters in the story? Can you remember when we read another story about these characters?
Our Nursery rhyme this week is I’m a Little Teapot.
Activity 1
In our Nursery we have rules – Kind hands, kind feet, good listening. Can you draw round your hands and feet? Can you colour them in? What colours will you choose?
Activity 2
Look at the pictures of children playing in Nursery. What is your favourite thing to play with at Nursery?
Maths Work
Our Maths song is Peter hammers with one hammer. Can you sing this song? Can you count from 1 to 12 and backwards 5 to 0.
