Dear Parents,

We are really looking forward to welcoming everyone back into school tomorrow (Wednesday 2nd Sept).

As you are already aware we have had to implement a staggered start and finish time to ensure we are following Government guidance and our Risk assessment.

Please see below the timings and entry/exit points for each year group. To comply with social distancing guidelines, please note only one parent is to drop off/ pick up.

Nursery  –        Full time 9-3pm

Part time – 8.45-11.45 (morning session)

12.20-3.20 (Aft. Session)

Drop off and collection will be through the gate by the Venue (through the outside area).

Reception  –     9.10-2.50pm,     Entry and exit as normal.

Year 1         –      9-3pm

Entry to school via the main entrance at 9am. Exit 3pm via the KS1 outside doors and onto the front yard.

Year 2      –        9-3pm

Entry to school via the main entrance at 9am. Exit 3pm via the hall door on the back yard. (The back yard gate will be opened for parents to wait on the back yard, this gate can be accessed via the alleyway on Westminster Road).

Year 3     –    8.50 -2.50pm

Entry to school via the main entrance at 8.50am. Exit 2.50pm via the front yard.

Year 4     –   8.50-2.50pm

Entry to school via the main entrance at 8.50am. Exit 2.50pm Back yard . (The back yard gate will be opened for parents to wait on the back yard, this gate can be accessed via the alleyway on Westminster Road).

Year 5      –   8.45-2.45pm

Entry to school via the main entrance at 8.45am. Exit 2.45pm Back Yard. . (The back yard gate will be opened for parents to wait on the back yard, this gate can be accessed via the alleyway on Westminster Road).

Year 6      – 8 .45-2.45pm

Entry to school via the main entrance at 8.45am. Exit 2.45pm via y6 classroom doors onto the front yard.

  • Each child is to be provided with an equipment bag which will remain in school.
  • Children will need to bring in their PE Kit in a PE bag or plastic bag.
  • Packed lunch bags can be brought in a small packed lunch bag or a disposable plastic bag.

We are trying to minimize the number of adults in school. If parents have any enquiries please telephone the office where possible to arrange a telephone appointment.

Any face to face meetings will take place across at the venue building.
