Maths

Reading
Here is a new site to explore if you’ve finished reading every book in the house! https://www.getepic.com/
It’s free for parents to sign you up and you will have access to hundreds of books! Why not write a review of one of them and send it to homework@sandylands.lancs.sch.uk ?
Writing
Go to this site ( Pobble365) and pick any day (top right) to find a range of activities linked to a picture stimulus. Click on the arrow in the picture to reveal a story starter, some questions about the text and a sentence challenge. You can even ‘cure’ some sick sentences! Why not start with the 6th April (The Hidden Temple)? Remember to send in your finished pieces to the address above. We can’t wait to see what you can do.
