Dear Parent/ Carers,
We have now received further information regarding food vouchers for children eligible for free school meals.
We have to register every eligible family with the Government scheme and we will then receive the vouchers electronically.

How does it work?
Compliments Select enables you to issue an ‘eCode’ by email to eligible families (a 16-digit number with a value attached). Parents or adults with caring responsibilities for the eligible child can then go online to redeem the eCode against a choice of eGift cards (a digital gift card delivered via email) which currently includes the following food retailers: Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Waitrose and M&S food
If you do not have the parent or carer’s email address, you must select the eGift card on the family’s behalf. You will then need to print it and post the eGift card to the family or arrange a collection if easy and safe to do so.
It is important that you sign up to Parent App which will allow us to distribute your vouchers to your phones or tablets. Otherwise, we will have to download, print and post your vouchers which will result in a delay.

Just to stress, we have not got any vouchers at the moment, but if we are fully prepared then we can ensure that the distribution is efficient.
Vouchers are currently issued during term time only and we are awaiting further information from the Local Authority on provision during the Easter break.
Every child eligible for a free school meal will receive a voucher.
